2020

Conference

Held in Seattle, WA, Performance Summit is where EM Performance members focus on implementing productivity strategies, exchange ideas and network.  Participants must be subscribers to the newsletter.

This conference is for you if:

  • You are tired of feeling frustrated on shift, looking for ways to be more productive.
  • You want to move up from the bottom of your group, and become a top performer.
  • You want to learn how to be more efficient, so you can not feel rushed with each patient and still leave your shift on time.
  • You want to get credit for all the hard work you put in each and every shift.
  • You want to implement a system to reliably perform at your peak, no matter how motivated or unmotivated you are to work that day.

You’ll learn how to effectively communicate with staff and patients, aligning your goals and theirs to get more done in less time, all while increasing patient satisfaction without seeming phony or scammey.

Plus, Performance Summit is dedicated to help you overcome the common down codes in Emergency Medicine and utilize new strategies for the common codes you already use.  You’ll learn the common drivers of the E&M code, reducing down codes, and simplifying the charting process with a bullet-proof, can’t miss method.

Find out how to be more productive on shift, efficiently use your time to meet your goals, and increase your patient and staff satisfaction.

Performance Summit will be held June 2-4, 2020 in Seattle, Washington.
